Alvis is Irishman.He graduated from Ireland Shannon College of Hotel Management.He worked the famous hotel management groups in important positions.Such as Merrion Hotel of Dublin ,Ireland, Shangri-La Plaza Hotel, Taipei, Sheraton, Marriott, the Kempinski Hotel in China and the others in Germany and Switzerland.
